Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have experience in one or more of the following areas: Family-based immigration cases; Employment-based non-immigrant cases (E, H-1B, L, & O Visas) and Employment based immigrant cases and PERM Labor Certification. Must have 2+ years of immigration experience. Should have Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience. Must have ability to speak fluent Spanish or other foreign language. Must have exceptional client service, analytical, organizational and case management skills.
