Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate must have 5 years of litigation experience as a Plaintiff's PI Paralegal. Must have ability to read, summarize, and redact medical records. Must have ability to draft 26(a)(1) and 26(a)(2) disclosures, discovery, pleadings and privilege logs with accuracy. Exceptional oral and written communication skills is required. Strong proofreading skills is required. Must have excellent typing skills and software knowledge.
