Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevantt experience. Areas of practice include bankruptcy, personal injury, family and general civil litigation. Will support up to 4 attorneys, and manage the office for three additional support staff members. Should be experienced in all aspects of civil litigation duties, to include: calendar and observe all statute dates and deadlines, draft of complaints, summons, arbitration, discovery; file and serve legal pleadings and documents; maintain contact with opposing counsel and clients.
