Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation The candidate' will be expected to quickly get up to speed regarding the federal employment process with the goal of managing their own case load. The Associate Attorney will: Bill 1,560 hours per year; Have direct client contact; Manage full-cycle litigation for cases in front of the EEOC, MSPB, OFO, OSC, and OPM; Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents; Take and defend depositions; Negotiate settlement agreements; Conduct hearings in person, telephonically, and via video-conference; and Advise clients regarding their employment matters; Bar License (Preferred). Should have experience representing federal employees in employment claims, federal court litigation experience, or other experience needed in a general federal litigation practice. Other Required Qualifications include: Must have Bar Admission: An active bar license anywhere in the United States; Excellent written and oral communication skills.
