Part-Time Litigation Paralegal The candidate position focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, property damage, and automobile negligence. Must have recent experience in a defense litigation firm and experience creating medical summaries. Should have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate. Must have 5+ years progressive experience in a defense law firm. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate by e-mail, telephone, or in person to provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact in an environment with a diverse group of personalities. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Should have advanced skills in computer technology using Microsoft Office Suite, Orion and document management (Sharepoint).
