Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will work on cases from the initial pleadings stage through discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. The candidate must be currently licensed in FL. Must have 3+ years of Florida Personal Injury trial experience. Must have experience with auto-accident, premises liability, and wrongful death actions. Should have high-end, complex trial experience. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build rapport with clients; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
