Pre-Litigation Attorney Duties: Communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement. Documenting all action and communication in the client s case file. Reviewing medical records and bills. Being an empathetic liaison between our clients and their medical providers. Reviewing police reports and property damage photos. Understanding comprehensive medical treatment. Recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements vs. suits. Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case. Qualifications: 2+ years of personal injury experience to the table. Timely resolution of all case matters assigned. Detail oriented. Strong in computer skills and written and verbal communication. Efficient and effective with overall time management. Determined to learn and adapt in a high paced atmosphere. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
