Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage case load of various types of litigation files from inception through trial. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Written Discovery, Depositions, Law and Motion. Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases. Prepare for Trial and try cases. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have 2-3 years of actual litigation experience. Strong background in Personal Injury or Employment Litigation preferred.
