Bilingual Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist the Workers' Compensation Attorney with a high-volume caseload. Open the case file, interact with insurance carriers, maintain the attorney's calendar, summarize medical records, handle closing statements and financial proceeds, file petitions, medically manage clients, and respond to requests for production. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal; equivalent experience as an Insurance Adjuster. Knowledge of settlement language and documents are a must. Must have strong paralegal skills; excellent organizational, communication, writing, and research skills; the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be fluent in Spanish and English language (Written and Verbal); organized, customer-focused and empathetic.
