Should have worked on a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, EEO, NLRB, SCA, ADA, ADEA, AAP, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, employment contracts, contract disputes, wrongful discharge, downsizing, non-competition agreements, trade secret litigation, medical leave issues, harassment, wage and hour claims, whistleblowing, and employment-related torts.
