Immigration Attorney The candidate' should have a License to practice law in the State of California; the candidate's must have 1 - 2 years of experience working in immigration; Must be fluent to speak and write in both English and Spanish REQUIRED; This Attorney should have the capacity to manage an array of tasks including but not limited to EOIR court & USCIS Representations, Case review and analysis; writing - motions, briefs, and appeals, case management, and legal research. Must show outstanding ability to follow instructions and at the same time be extremely organized. Must have excellent communication skills, and be a proficient computer user. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs. Should have Experience with Immigration Law; Experience with Family/deportation defense is highly preferred.Spanish (Required); License/Certification: license to Practice in California (Required).
