Pre Litigation Paralegal (CPI) The candidate will daily case management. Review police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc.. Prepare of settlement distributions and allocations. Enter plaintiff and defendant insurance acknowledgments into CMS. Review and organize medical bills and records. Make follow up calls to clients as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Paralegal with personal injury experience is preferred. Experience in legal research is required.
