Litigation Attorney / Labor & Employment The candidate will work on cutting edge legal issues and have the opportunity to litigate matters through trial. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and demonstrate sound judgment. Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims (you will work directly on single plaintiff, class action, and PAGA related matters). Represent California employees in court, at mediation, and in arbitration. Take and defend depositions. Draft and argue motions before the Court. Prepare and present opening statements at trial. Question witnesses on direct and cross examination at trial. Prepare and present closing arguments at trial. Should have Juris Doctor. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California. Should have 1-3 years of experience in litigation in California, preferably in the field of employment law.
