Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Calendaring/Scheduling; Legal Research; Written and verbal communication with clients; Review, organize, and maintain case materials; Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documents; Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial; Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial; Provide assistance at trial. Experience and knowledge of the State and Federal Court system and filings. High School Diploma required. Associate degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred. Litigation experience required. Federal and State experience needed. First Party Property Insurance preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office required. Experience with document management and client management software systems required. Excellent verbal & written communication required. Should have 5+ years of experience.
