Immigration Paralegal Candidate with Bachelor s degree is required and a paralegal certificate is preferred. Will have 3+ years of relevant experience. Must be able to draft and process H-1Bs, L-1s, I-140s, I-485s, and TNs, with a willingness to expand knowledge. Superior communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients, lawyers and staff. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be willing to assume responsibility quickly. Will have direct client contact and supervisory responsibility. Experience with InsZoom preferred. Must be skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
