Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of direct and/or relevant personal injury law experience. Will be counted on to handle a substantial number of tasks, from inception through the eve of trial, including: Client communication and intake; Medical request/review; Calendar management and scheduling; Service of papers; Filing in both state (NYSCEF) and federal (PACER/ECF) courts; Pleadings; Bills of particulars; Discovery; Deposition prep; Telephone and administrative responsibilities. Plaintiffs personal injury experience and fluency in Spanish preferred. Knowledge of Smart Advocate a plus.
