Of-Counsel Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of law office litigation and motion practice experience. Must preferably have 1+ years of Legal experience in the estate planning, probate, and family law field. Must possess excellent writing and drafting skills. Must be willing to appear in court in person. Must be willing to learn and must have unquestionable integrity. Fluency in Spanish huge plus. Must be admitted to practice law in New York State. Federal and NJ/FL admission is a plus.
