Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for direct interaction with medical providers, preparing and answering discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, interviewing and retaining expert witnesses, and preparing for and participating in trials. Work directly with a senior partner. Experience in handling professional liability and malpractice claims is preferred. Must have excellent oral advocacy and writing skills and be self-motivated with a desire to achieve positive outcomes for clients. Massachusetts bar license required.
