Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of expereince. Must have experience in Drafting complaints, discovery and e-filing lawsuits; Scheduling and setting depositions, hearings, and mediation conferences; Issuing subpoenas to witnesses for depositions and trial appearance; Gathering case evidence and documentation, Client and witness statements, and lost-wage documentation; Assisting attorneys with insurance claim settlements/negotiations; and, any other tasks/duties relevant to obtaining the very best outcome for Clients.
