Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve in practice areas include insurance law, premises and retail liability, product liability, and professional liability. Submit medical record requests to medical providers. Maintain chronological order of medical records. Summarize medical records. Provide updates to lawyers regarding developments in treatment and/or injuries. Prepare deposition indexes and summaries. Assist with trial preparation, issuing subpoenas, and organization of exhibits. Must have a Paralegal Studies Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate. Must have knowledge of medical terminology, conditions, standard practices/treatments, and billing practices. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
