Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or experience equivalent, and 3+ years of paralegal experience. Perform high-quality billable work. Expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Must possess the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse caseload. Must have attention to detail and accuracy, and confidentiality. Possess strong technical and database skills. Knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. Understanding of federal, state, and local rules of civil procedure. Electronic document management experience. Must have a willingness to learn and master new software. Must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
