Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Immigration Courts (detained and non-detained) with asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, or any other applicable relief; Represent client before USCIS and ICE; Represent minors in probate court or family court to obtain predicate orders supporting SIJS; Conduct client intake and consultations; Conduct community outreach by attending events and participating in workshops; Ability to speak, read, and write fluent in Spanish is required; Must have a strong interest in developing his or her litigation skills; have strong case management ability, legal research and legal writing skills; Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to zealously pursue new and untested legal theories; Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work under pressure;
