Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work with the complex litigation team. Responsibilities include, legal research, discovery, document review and organization, trial prep. Must have recent experience working on Construction Defect cases (developer representation) CD Risk and/or General Liability(PI) matters. Computer skills within the Microsoft Suite of applications required. Excel a plus.
