Client Support Associate The candidate will effectively manage a case load of 75 - 100 cases. Schedule hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations. Schedule client meetings including discovery meetings, deposition prep, and trial prep. Maintain case notes regarding scheduling in case management program (Needles). Accurately manage attorney's calendar. Verify and confirm attorney's appointments daily. Draft deposition notices, hearing notices, and scheduling orders. Prepare client letters, supplemental demand letters, and misc. correspondence. Bachelor's degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience is required. Should have 2+ years of experience (5 preferred) working in high volume personal injury case litigation.
