Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Insurance Defense firm. Position includes all aspects of case management from Pre-Suit through Trial. Conduct legal research, background searches and initial case assessments. Assist with client status reports. Coordinate and schedule experts. Assist attorneys with all aspects of discovery, including non party production, subpoenas, and the follow up of Medical Records. Maintaining a Medical Chronology Index. Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence. Report to multiple partners and associate attorneys. Should have 3+ years of litigation or defense experience. Must have applicable knowledge of insurance defense or other relevant experience. Efficiency with using a Case Management System and strong computer skills needed. Experience on ATO is a plus.
