Business Immigration Paralegal Candidate will prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, I-140's and PERM applications. Will include compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, and organizing and maintaining detailed client documentation. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal filing employment-based petitions required, but more experience is desirable and preferred; Experience filing petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and I-140 applications, PERM (EB-2, EB-3) applications, and AOS under employment-based category required. Exceptional client service attitude and professional demeanor when dealing with clients, co-workers and attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Initiative, flexibility, and a proven record of working independently to complete assignments thoroughly to the end without supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, immigration case management software, and document management systems. Outstanding case management and organizational skills. Strong business writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
