Immigration Paralegal Must be experienced bilingual Legal Assistant/Paralegal with fluency in Spanish & English. Must have immigration experience in family based immigration and adjustments. Will have worked with immigration forms I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, I-821, I-102, I-601 and I-601A, Consular Processing, Waivers, VAWA, FOIA, FBI requests among others. Must have minimum Associate Degree. Will be organized, work well with others, work well under pressure, be computer and outlook literate, be a self-starter and have good customer service skills and a good sense of humor. Great location. Must desire long-term employment with the firm and provide exceptional customer service and produce with limited attorney supervision.
