Personal Injury Entry-Level Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle making appearances at Court hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Must have a first-year attorney or recent law school graduate (preferably awaiting bar exam results) with 2+ years of prior experience in personal injury litigation. Must have experience handling the following: Drafting complaints; Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Drafting and opposing motions; Selecting and designating experts; Preparing trial documents, including motion in limine.
