Litigation Paralegal The candidate will primarily involve insurance bad faith cases in litigation, which may include work on pre-litigation insurance and personal injury matters. Must be capable of fully managing a caseload of ~20 cases in various stages of litigation and pre-litigation, with responsibilities to include monitoring email, managing the attorney's calendar and docketing, drafting basic pleadings and disclosures, managing document production, organizing files, making and answering phone calls, communicating with clients and third parties, etc. Should have 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation, in both Federal and Colorado State Courts.
