Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing cases for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, which will include extensive contact with clients, witnesses, experts, attorneys, and other professionals both on the phone and via email. You must be willing to talk with individuals on the phone. Must have experience working with medical records, is tech savvy, and has experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Each attorney has a slightly different way of working, so it's important that each team member adapts to the systems of the firm and each attorney they work with. In addition, you will be required to understand and follow client-specific billing guidelines and ensure all billable work is being performed within those guidelines and captured appropriately. Experience in Oregon, Washington and Federal Courts is a bonus but is not required. We are looking for someone who likes to work hard and be rewarded for the hard work. At HHMW,
