Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist one attorney in all aspects of the case from inception through closing. Work with clients to gather information and evidence or discovery. Complete draft forms and petitions for final review by the attorney. Schedule hearings and track and calendar deadlines. Prepare responses to requests for evidence. Provide case status information to attorneys and clients. Prepare draft correspondence and memoranda. Track cases through case management software. Generate forms using Cerenade. Must have a high school or equivalent degree with 2 years of relevant and 1 year of Legal experience; Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken required); a client-centered focus to align with the Firm culture; ability to work independently and manage own workload, prioritize and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.
