Associate Attorney (Employment Litigation) The candidate will join the Firm s Employment Law Practice Group. Responsibilities: Assume a major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases. Manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial. Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Assist with workplace investigations. Draft and respond to correspondence. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. 3+ years of employment counseling and litigation law experience required. Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience highly preferred. Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
