Paralegal - Civil Rights, Constitutional, and Employment Law Candidate must have: College degree; some graduate school desirable. A high level of academic achievement. Paralegal experience with complex federal litigation would be an asset but is not required. Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Great attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. A passion for social justice work. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat required; experience with complex Excel data management preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish, including fluent speaking, writing, reading, and interpreting/translating abilities preferred. Start Date: June 17, 2019 Application Deadline: June 15, 2019
