Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Communication with clients, judicial assistants, attorneys and staff. Preparation of legal documents, correspondence, trial exhibits, presentation materials for hearings and mediations. Maintaining case files. Providing litigation support to multiple attorneys. Reviewing and analyzing medical, employment, billing and insurance claims records. Scheduling meetings hearings and depositions. Qualifications: 5+ years of insurance defense experience. Experience in Client Profiles is preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Familiarity with litigation software (Client Profiles, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent writing & communication skills. Familiarity with the Florida rules of Civil Procedure as well as Federal and Local rules of the Middle District. Ability to multi-task with a high level of organizational skills. Possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail. Ability to exist in a fast paced work environment. Client Profiles experience preferred.
