Temporary Family Law Litigation Attorney The candidate should have a Bar license. Must have 1-3 years of Family Law experience or equivalent litigation experience (as a practicing attorney); experience in court; experience reviewing and writing pleadings. Should have the ability to communicate with a diverse client population, opposing counsel, Judges, and other personnel; the ability to conduct legal research; ability to commute to the Richard J. Daley Center, and potentially DuPage and Lake counties. Must be organized, self-motivated, technologically savvy, and can communicate effectively.
