Business Immigration Paralegal (Entry Level) The candidate will responsible for the preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications in addition to L-1 intracompany transfer petitions. Compile and analyze case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation. Maintain direct contact with multiple attorneys. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is required.
