Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Drafting Complaints and the supporting documents; Drafting 26.1 Disclosure Statements; Drafting Expert Disclosure Statements; Coordinating with experts so that they have what is needed to be part of the case; Drafting subpoenas. Must understand how to draft an appropriate documents; Must have experience drafting motions for attorney approval. This includes but is not limited to Motions in Limine, Summary Judgment Responses, Responses to filed objections, etc. Must have experience drafting Governmental Notice of Claims for attorney approval. Must be able to do the research necessary to draft the above documents. Must be able to handle a fifty case caseload as the sole Litigation Paralegal. Responsible for calendaring and client communication on these cases. Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required. 10 years of direct Litigation Paralegal experience required. A paralegal certification is required.
