Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery; Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process; Drafting Discovery Responses; Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence; Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses; Calendaring litigation timelines; Conducting status update calls with clients; Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests; Assist in trial preparation. Qualifications: 2 years of litigation experience is required, although the most qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of personal injury experience (both pre-litigation and litigation). An outgoing, energetic, self-starter with great customer service skills. Will come with advancement opportunities to grow within the firm. All members of the firm receive a Macbook Pro and iPhone so they can work from home if needed.
