Senior Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will join growing firm practicing removal defense and family-based immigration law. Assist with client intake and correspondence. Draft Visa petitions, and assist with case management. Assist with removal defense, and immigration litigation. Must have 1+ year of immigration attorney experience dealing with family-based cases, and/or U-VISAs, and removal defense. Must have admission and membership in good standing, a State Bar within the U.S., preferably Illinois. Must be able to assist with client intake, legal research, and visa petitions for a variety of immigration legal matters. Fluency in Spanish is required. Must be self-starter with a strong work ethic. Must be passionate about the work we do and the clients we represent, as well as understand the business side of a law firm. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills needed. Excellent time management skills are essential.
