Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney Candidate will become part of extremely busy commercial litigation practice. Will handle cases that tend to be complex and voluminous and clients expect us to aggressively represent their interests. Must: have 3 years' commercial litigation experience, preferably in a private law firm setting. Be prepared to spend substantial time in court, taking depositions, attending mediations, preparing witnesses and presiding over meetings. Be comfortable with technology. Cases are voluminous, involve multiple parties and complicated issues. Consequently, must have a superior knowledge of computers, case management and eDiscovery programs in order to stay on top of the seemingly ever-changing landscape of our litigation practice. Be able to function both independently and in a team environment. Ramp up time can sometimes be minimal and hand-holding is simply not available. Must possess excellent analytical and time-management skills in order to deliver a high quality product to clients throughout Florida. Must have proven experience and skills to our table and in exchange, enjoys an exciting practice in a casual, yet stimulating workplace.
