Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be a member of the team who the attorneys can trust to perform excellent work with minimal supervision and interface with clients and opposing counsel as needed. Discovery assistance: Organize medical records, compile notebook of records by provider, number medical records, organize and summarize medical bills, and assemble notebooks for IME or for expert review. Compile and prepare exhibits, including demonstrative exhibits and deposition designation with instruction. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate is preferred. Any satisfactory combination of experience and education will be considered. 5+ years of litigation legal experience, excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire and ability to take ownership over work assignments and work product. Experience and familiarity with Federal and State Court, both Oregon and Washington. Experience with Relativity and Trial Director are preferred. Microsoft office suite, including Work, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, FileSite, Intapp.
