Real Estate Paralegal The candidate provides various coordination efforts with respect to the documentation and closing of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases. Creates, composes, and edits written material such as transaction documents, correspondence and/or legal documentation. Performs legal research, which may include retrieval of statutes and regulations. Reviews title commitments, title documents and surveys. Files documents with the various City and County Recorder's offices. Proven computer skills including basic word processing, familiarity with electronic research tools and basic database skills required. Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and tackle projects with minimal supervision required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing required.
