Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications in addition to L-1 intracompany transfer petitions. Will compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation. Maintain direct contact with multiple attorneys. The candidate should have a Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program. Must have 3+ years of experience as paralegal in a business immigration practice. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system essential. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required.
