Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate must be highly qualified paralegals with high-volume PERM labor certification and/or adjustment of status experience. Must have 1-3 years experience in a fast-paced business immigration law firm. Substantial experience preparing PERM labor certification and/or adjustment of status applications is essential. Must have ome experience with H-1B, and nonimmigrant petition. Bachelor's degree or higher, with excellent academic achievement is essential.
