Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage personal injury litigation files (automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare) from start to finish. Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and third-party requests. Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, and trials. Schedule depositions and case hearings. Draft deposition summaries and medical chronologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for litigation clients and court staff Must have verifiable experience handling personal injury litigation cases from start to finish (strong preference given to candidates with trucking litigation experience); extensive experience filing case documents electronically in both Federal and State Courts; proficient in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and client correspondence; Proficient in Microsoft Office software and electronic client management systems. Must be comfortable communicating directly with clients and attorneys. Must be located in Georgia.
