Real Estate and Corporate Transactional Attorney The candidate should have 3 years real estate transactional experience, including transactional contract drafting and negotiating. Some real property litigation is preferred. Experience representing real property developers in real estate transactions on large public and private projects is a plus. Corporate transactional experience and experience in buying and selling businesses is required. Must have strong academic credentials and work history. Must have excellent professional references. Some book of business preferred.
