Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have knowledge and experience in family immigration of 3 years (consular process, adjustment of status, petitions, VAWA, etc). Hours: 9:00-5:30, M-F. Extra hours as needed to meet deadlines and emergency cases. Good attendance and positive attitude required. Work closely with attorneys and clients in preparing and managing cases for permanent residence ("green cards") and citizenship, and potentially other areas. Applicants should be completely bilingual, self-starters, team players, punctual, dedicated, and hungry for success. Requires strong computer skills, detailed and accurate data entry, communication with clients. Candidates will also be required to meet deadlines with USCIS, NVC and the immigration court.
