Construction Defect Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be highly responsible for legal assistant working in the Construction Litigation practice area. Should have 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. Should have solid knowledge of Federal and Oregon court rules and procedures. Experience in construction litigation is a plus. Should be proficient in MS Word, and document management. Must possess strong editing and grammar skills, a high level of organization, communication, and administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task varied office duties.
