Entry level Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will support Partners and Senior Associates in wide array of immigration processes across case types. Will prepare and file RFE responses for business and family matters, manage and research complex cases, and represent clients in-person at AOS and asylum interviews as well as EOIR proceedings. Must have JD degree and licensure in one U.S. state or territory and 1-2 years of experience in immigration field. Must possess demonstrable interest in immigration field through internships, class work, or prior experience.
