Litigation Attorney with Collections and Bankruptcy Experience The candidate must be an experienced litigation attorney with bankruptcy and collections experience. Trial experience is preferred, but not required. Should have 3 years of strong civil litigation experience required. In addition to collections and bankruptcy experience, must have excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box and work well under pressure and deadlines. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
